Re: Gas fumes

Hi Ken, it's funny I read your post a week ago And then moved my 85 Toyota dolphin to the back of my house and I smelled gas! So after looking at it I saw the pressure hose from the gas pump in the tank is leaking quite a bit while running. So I'm gonna have to drop the tank and replace the hose. I had The tank off before because the original tank had a leak in a seam and then the replacement tank I bought for it leaked at the spot welds at the bottom I had to do that again until finally I got a tank that was? good. If you're not seeing any dripping leaks it's more likely it's a breather hose or the fill hose that has a crack. Best of luck, Pete
