Thanks for the detailed report of your inspecting and buying of the Odyssey. I learned alot from it. You worried about it being too detailed; well, I would have liked more details. But then, that's me.
It looks like you were very thorough; getting advice from multiple places, each of whom had their own axe to grind.
I don't know what the compression readings should be, could someone post them? But I do remember that it is good to have readings that are close to each other, even if that number is somewhat below the "proper" reading.
I'd enjoy hearing a report in a month or two about how it has operated, and any problems that developed.
The price of $8300 sounds good. Can anyone else comment on that?
