I can say that if you buy from R&L Electronics, you can absolutely be guaranteed of getting a legitimate unit. I have purchased a TinySA, a TinySA Ultra and a NanoVNA H4 from them. All are excellent.

P.S. Another issue with same feature: when disabling band element, name in menu replaced with frequencies, and name on screen became start frequency.

Are you running the latest FW? The only thing left is to load a very old FW (maybe the oldest Ultra FW you can find) and then load the latest FW. THis will force a reset of any preset and config data
