Thanks Erik. I didn't expect you to answer but it is nice to see the designer active !
I did buy from Zeenko so that much is ok. The unit is the base Ultra model. It accepted the update code from the wiki and it happily made squiggly things after ;-)? I did see the production date as Feb 24. It connected to my windows workstation no problem but I wasn't familiar enough with it to make bigger squiggly things...

I haven't tried a update and complete self test yet.? Hopefully can do that today.

I am curious about the rampant clones, did that happen after getting a company to do boards or units? I have heard quite a few stories of designs walking out the back door and getting built in the shed and sold as originals (not mentioning country but you know where).

Looking forwards to working with this.
