? ?Are you trying to select by depressing the jog switch or using a stylus?? If its with the jog switch, then I'm not sure why the menu goes away unless your firmware is corrupted and needs to be reloaded.

If you are trying to select using a stylus, then after you bring up the menu by depressing the jog switch, you need to navigate to the CONFIG menu using the jog switch (left or right as appropriate).? When you have navigated to the CONFIG menu depress the jog switch to select it and then navigate to the TOUCH menu and select it by depressing the jog switch.? Now you should be able to perform a touchscreen calibration using your stylus.
