I opened a dispute on Aliexpress and linked on they wiki and on this posting to confirm the seller is selling unauthorized clones.
Of course the seller rejected my dispute and claimed he sells same quality as original and asked me to pay the full price.
I rejected that again and the case got escalated to Aliexpress.
Aliexpress now also rejected my refund request claiming the products tinySA of this seller have no quality issues.
I guess next step is to fill in the complaint form of my CC supplier and attempt to get my money back that way.
