Sorry for the late response.
I have an original product - bought nov. 2023 at ELESHOP, so counterfeit is not an issue.
Thus I got aware of being able to send it in for repair, but - today - after operating the "Fault Finder for the Tiny..." instructions, I'd order the parts as indicated, since the defects are probably due to own handling errors.

A couple of points:
  • This group only supports genuine tinySA products.? Post a picture of the front and back of your device in order to determine if you have a counterfeit or genuine product.
  • The selftest requires that one of the supplied cables be connected between the two ports.
  • If you have a scope measure the output level of the 30 MHz. cal output with a 50 ohm load. ? It should be close to -26 dBm
