I would agree, I think there has been a misunderstanding about what the software does and how it is to be used.
The TinySA, especially the Ultra version, is capable of near lab grade performance, and during my professional career I have carried kit weighing >30kg that didn't perform as well.
My rule of thumb, if your experience is different to the majority of other peoples, figure out what you are doing wrong.
Then, if you are still convinced something is wrong, try asking.
The first part usually saves embarrassment during the second part.
