What software are you trying to use?
What USB (2 or 3)?
As? most people use the TinySA very easily and efficiently on a PC I find that most problems are between the Keyboard and the skills of the operator.
Try another USB cable, another USB port? (and maybe (just very uncommon) your SA may be? faulty)
