This has been posted several times earlier. In an effort to help Miems and all the good people on this list, I am hosting a direct download link for the free Butterfly Design. There have been over 400 downloads from this link and I have not received any complaints that it is not working. The Yahoo site is Miems download link, but if you are having a problem with the Yahoo site, go to the link below. The zip file is exactly the same as you will get from Miems Yahoo site. This link is setup with Miems permission (without that it would be a copyright infringement) and there is a link to her site, if you would like to go there and look around at her other designs. Friends in a few minutes I'm going to upload the new freebie, It's a lovely lace butterfly done by my daughter Daleen. Before I do that please read the following. Go to http://www.groups.yahoo.com. Log in with your yahoo id and password. Click on Hooked On Embroidery. If you don't see it there click on my groups on the top. It should show you all the groups you belong to. Click now on Hooked On Embroidery. In the left colom click on files. Now you can download by dubble click on the zip file (freebutterfly)and download it to your harddrive. You also can right click and select save target as. Choose the folder whereto you want it to be downloaded. Now if you first want to look and see what you download. Click on the photo section. It will take you to the page where we upload photos to share. Another thing, when you are a newbie in the PC world and you are confused by the fact that it is a zip file. It has to be unzipped with a program called winzip. Winzip can de downloaded from http://www.winzip.com . After you installed winzip on your computer,restart. Go to your zipfile that you downloaded,right click on it and choose unzip to the same folder. It will then create a folder right there with the files in. When the small spools of thread get close to the end of the spool, the thread hangs up on the spool causing all kinds of problems: broken thread, broken needles, etc. I have an ULT machine. Quite by accident today, the thread caught on the bobbin spindle -- no more problems with the thread hanging on the spool. Now I can take those almost empty spools and use them. Baby Bibs: check "Baby Collars" at Stitch Show. The sets contain bibs as well as collars. Thank you Meims and Daleen for the lovely butterfly. My "work in the garden" shirt is going to take wing after I get all these butterflys on it.

This was clear to me however I found out several years ago that a discarded email address can be used by the next person who asked for it. Only those currently in use were considered for denial. I was really hurt by the email I was sent by the new person with the old email address. I thought it was from my friend and couldn't understand why she was so rude. I am new to this and promise to stick to the subject of embroidery from now on. I recently bought an Artista 165.

Hello Rita Thank You for the welcome. I usually don't say much on a list but it seemed that Venus was putting everyone down and it got to me. It is so nice of you to tell me about the other list. I havn't gone there yet but plan on checking it out. Things have gone kinda wild around my house the past week. Hopefully things will settle down again for a while. I sewed the butterfly out lastnight on a piece of blue satin in matching thread and it looks stunning!!! I am going to use it to make a little makeup purse for a friend who has been very kind to me and currently needs a little cheering up. I think I will put her initials on it with the flower font 1 that I purchased ages and ages ago from Miems. I was going to use the butterfly as an appliqe but dont think that will work now I have stitched it out so I have patched the holes in my tablecloth with tiny pieces of matching fabric and will sew the butterfly directly over this and I'm pretty sure no-one but me (and you guys) will ever know the holes were there! I need help. I have PE Design on my computer and I also use winzip 6.3. Sometimes when I download a design, it will automatically pop up in my PE version 2 and shows up as a blank and says it can't read it or when I'm in winzip and I click on the design it does the same thing. Does anyone know how to correct this problem? I would appeciate the help. Mary
