I need help. I have PE Design on my computer and I also use winzip 6.3.
Sometimes when I download a design, it will automatically pop up in my PE
version 2 and shows up as a blank and says it can't read it or when I'm in
winzip and I click on the design it does the same thing. Does anyone know
how to correct this problem? I would appeciate the help.

Is the design double zipped? Carol W.

Mary, if my PEDv4 doesn't recognize a pes format, I convert it to hus and then back to pes. Someone told me it's because it's a version my PED doesn't recognize. This converting to hus and back has worked great for me.
