need a special font
Hello everyone
I wa wondering if anyone knows where I can find the letter z in a font stlyle like zztopp uses. I have a friend that goes by the letter Z (for zero), and he loves that group. He had surgery today to see if a spot on his chest was cancer. It was cancer but luckily it was only skin cancer and did not go to the bone (parise the lord) anyhow, I wanted to make him something to cheer him up, and I thought that letter on a hankie or a shirt would cheer him up. If anyone could halp me I would be very grateful. Thanks so much.....Teri in Waco, Tx |

Connie, your poor son and the rest of your family will be in our prayers. I'm sure he will have a full recovery but it will be a trying time for you all. Please take all the time you need to get back to normal. Good customers will understand your absence.

minor embroidery problem
Kathy Armstrong
Compared to having a child burned my question seems
pretty stupid. As the mother of 6 and foster parents to 100's our prayers are with your family. Now my question.. if you put embroidery on a tie where does it go? and how large. I know it will be easy to do becasue you do it before you sew the tie up. Just not sure were to locate it. thanks heaps Kathy ____________________________________________________________________________________ Get your own web address. Have a HUGE year through Yahoo! Re: Janome MC-350E?
Judi
I think two seperate machines is a plus. It normally takes a while for people to see the wisdom of this, so you are learning fast. I have 3 embroidery machines and more sewing machines. I love sewing machines. Look at the Singer xl6000. It is a full sewing/embroidery machine and has so many plus - including hoop size. Buying on the internet saves a bundle and it is a nice machine. Doesn't cost that much more than the 350

Hi all!, I'm new to machine embroidery and interested in the MC-350E. If you happen to already own one, could you tell me how you feel about it? I just purchased and returned a Viking QDII as I didn't feel the sewing stitches were what they ought to have been considering the price. The embroidery was wonderful, though, and I think I'm hooked. I've decided at this point to buy a Pfaff sewing machine and get a separate machine for embroidering. Any thoughts, opinions or ideas regarding this? New hugs, Lyn |

Re: Bernina can use PES
I can see there is some confusion here. Artlink only reads ART format.
toggle quoted message
Show quoted text
It is a free software that let's you send ART designs from your computer to your machine without needing a card or usb stick. Bernina started with PES format, only because the first Bernina Deco machines were made by Brother, so used the same format. Ever since the Artistas began with a bigger hoop and software, the machine has used ART format. Those with editor or designer software packages can read and convert most formats easily. It's the software that does it, not the machine. I hope this clears up some conflicting answers. Kathy -------------- Original message --------------
From: "tparkerc59" <tparkerc59@...> Hi Bernina users: Have you tried using Art Link to send your PES files to your machine. I have used PES many times on the 730E, the 640E, the 630E, the 440e and the 430E. Parker --- In HookedOnEmbroidery@..., "meminton1975" <margaretminton@...> wrote:
