i just realized that this has happened before. i order so many things on
line so right now i can't think of which design i had ordered about a month
ago but the same thing happened. we did go through this before and somehow i
did end up getting the design but here we are again with same problem. is
there anything i can do when ordering so this doesn't happen again? thanks.

www.yahoo.com Click Mail and follow the instructions)
