First go to the flex-radio.com site and download the PowerPDR software from
there and go through the installation procedure which will set up a
directory with the programs in it in c:\Program files\flexradio systems
Next get the SR-40 files. There will be 3 of them in a zip file. Extract
them into the directory that has the flexradio files in it. A couple files
will be replaced, that is what is meant by "overlaying".

one link to them was broken, and the other said I had to overlay the
binary with other.. but that was all it said. What does this mean?
Tried just running the executable and all I got was an "Initializing
Database" along with the following error message box. See attached.
