I completed my SoftRock-40 just before leaving for the GQRP mini-convention in Rotherham, and didn't have time to test it. I've just plugged it into my PC (running the SDRadio software) and connected it up to my trusty Marconi 2019A signal generator and it seems to be working OK - I can hear a -106 dBm signal at 7.040 MHz and can probably go lower. Has anyone else checked the sensitivity? I'll try it out with an antenna later.
I've promised George, G3RJV, a write-up for Sprat. I met someone at Rochdale who is building one, and someone else who wanted one but missed out.
