How and what did you uninstall? Hoping you did not uninstall the .NET framework. What did you reinstall?
I'd suggest going into Add/Remove programs (in Control Panel I think) and un installing PowerSDR if it says it is there. Then go to the directory PowerSDR was installed into and make sure it is empty. Then do an install of PowerSDR 1.4.4 from Flex-Radio. See if that comes up. Then install the SoftRock PowerSDR patches for 1.4.4 from .
