"Appears" to be a VHF Differential Cascode Amp. TO5 case with 8 leads. A substitute is SK3525. (From RCA Reliable Replacement Semiconductors book). Roughly: Q1 collector pin 8 Q1 base pin

I just checked my handy GE index. That is a standby battery charger. You need manual # LBI30796. Is it rack mount? Probably from a Mastr II station. The 19C33... numbers are newer than the pro series

The cables not only need to be 100% shielded but should be some sort of solid dielectric or flexible mini hardline like superflex. Why? The use of cables like 9913 suffer from hot spots if bent too

The NHRC 2 Controller works real well.. It is easy to operate and assemble (if u get the partials kit) u can record a sound etc. to use as your courteous beep. it is pretty small in size . I have one
