I do not have the list handy but it is a 100 watt UHF unit. The 7 is the
power and the 4 is 406 to 512 MHz.

I don't have the exact spec here, but I recall that the RANGR has a
rather low duty cycle. I've also never heard of one getting overloaded
so easily - especially by milliwatt power transmitters!

I was talking to a GE service rep., and he also said that
2 are required because of the PLL only doing TX or RX at
one time.
I think so. Supposedly, the 2 people that are selling them
got a skid load

OF THE BEST SIX METER RADIOS GOING. IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO GET THEM DO.
