6m solid state transmitter strip?

I apologize for this being a bit off-topic, however repeater builders should
have a bunch of goodies laying around which would serve my purpose nicely.

I'm putting together a six meter propagation beacon here in Washington State,
and am in need of a solid state transmitter strip that can be keyed for
continuous beacon service. I want to run straight CW, simply an on/off carrier
keyed at about 8-10wpm... I am hoping for something in the 25-100w range, but
am flexible. Can anyone spare something from their junk box? 12vdc operation
and a schematic or other associated documentation would be a plus. I plan to
put the beacon transmitter on the low end of six meters, below 50.1, frequency
yet to be determined. I hope to mount the tranmitter strip and memory keyer
on a blank 19" rack panel. Please let me know what you have and your terms.
Thanks in advance.
