BTW, the only reason to use the mic jack is if you're updating the firmware (or don't want to otherwise with the rear panel DB25).

I changed frequency to 442.100. But not sure about the crackle. I tried it here and didn't notice any noise on RX.

BTW, the only reason to use the mic jack is if you're updating the firmware (or don't want to otherwise with the rear panel DB25).

Which version RSS are you using? Access needs to be set to pl, cor, etc...and it needs to be set as a repeater, not base as mentioned earlier

If the RJ mic jack has been shorted there is a 0ohm resistor that acts as a fuse...if it's blown, the program cable won't work..you can always use the DB25
