Last week I contacted Crescend about a Manual for a 1 watt in, 10 watt out, Class AB amplifier, purchased 19 years ago.
They indicated it was obsolete, no replacement model, no archive of Manuals....
I actually needed the part number for the 120 mm cooling fan that has run 24/7 for 19 years.? They gave me the Rotron part number and said they were in stock for $90.
I figured I was lucky to get that.? Got fan for $45 at Digikey.

Cresend does not share their proprietary schematics for their amplifiers. However, a good technician can, and should be able, to troubleshoot, and maybe document a bad PA. We have done this with success.
