You seem to be saying that you installed a decode board, but it doesn't encode.? You do realize that decode and encode on a MICOR mobile requires two vastly different boards?? If you actually installed an encoder, but it's not encoding, is the reed vibrating? Do you see the PL tone on the encode board with a scope?
Can you reference the modification you did (give the URL?)
