I run the RSS in a 32 bit Win XP VM using Virtual Box on my win10 64 bit laptops

Have to watch the USB com port setting to match..works great

There is adequate documentation on the repeater-builder website. Don't forget to save the codeplug as received (you need a 32-bit Windows OS). Some programming settings are required for the wireline audio to work, and Moto's REALLY WEIRD audio alignment procedure.
