Unfortunately a reboot caused the issue came back :(

Its still switching to Active then back to inactive on reciever rx mode.

The USB-RIM is set to use an active high signal for both COS and CTCSS. ??I have the PL line set in the wildcard however I just noticed that there isnt a output for pin C2 in the output group settings. There is an output for pin C4.

Other thing the wildcard checkbox is greyed out on the system configuration screen.
