Back when I wrote the programmers for Phoenix and Delta, I used information including LBI31266B (Phoenix SX), LBI31360B (Phoenix SX scan), and a text file from the internet "GE Delta / Delta-SX EEPROM Documentation" by KA9FUR -- the site is now defunct.? The file was called "DeltaEEPROM.html".? There may be similar documentation for RANGR.

Since I did not have a real Delta SX on which to test, I believe I compared the output of my Windows program to that which was produced by the old "Niles" DOS software.

Also the PXP-Raw program (which only reads and writes binary data from the X2212) would work with data files emitted by the Niles software.? It has been 25 years, so I do not remember for sure.?
