We should probably give Paul a break. The FCC database indicates
he's only an Amateur radio licensee, so it's possible he's
unfamiliar with the two-way radio industry.

I'd add
cross-band repeaters to the poll (I have Parts
90 and 97 x-band repeaters). I also use Parts 90
and 95 for private repeaters.
