I known for a few years now ever since the atmega328p chips came back into stock, Microchip did not recommend these chips for new projects.

And even Arduino with its UNO has finally moved away from AVR with it UNO revision 4.? So, they knew ahead of time to move on...

And this Arduino UNO R4 microcontroller board comes into 2 types: Minimal or wifi.

May know this already, but now it makes since to me why Arduino switched.? I knew they already switched, but I was not thrilled at the time.? Now, I know why.

Good thing they were already exploring chips from Raspberry Pi as well.
