Re: A way to update LOTW and eQSL details?
If you want to bulk edit QSOs you can easily change all of the N for LoTWs?to a Y.? Just add that column to your log view by right clicking on the header row or right click on a field and select 'Column Visibility' and add LoTWs: Once added you can select all rows then right click on LoTWs?- N row and hit 'Edit Value'.? From there if you change it to Y it will prompt if you want to change it for all selected rows. Re: A way to update LOTW and eQSL details?
Sorry, I should have explained better the intention, yes I want to update confirmed status from old contacts.? I'm sure they were updated before on my previous log software, but it seems that when importing those were maybe miss importing the values.? I tried the option under Services, adjusting my callsign and dates, but it didnt update all the old contacts.? For example, look at this screenshot: The log (in the right background) shows the contact that I "received" the LoTW, but marks that I didn't send it.? That's not logical since to be able to receive (or show that you received) the qsl, LoTW service requires you to upload your contact and IF it matches it shows you your received qsl.? And in fact, as you can see on the left side of the screenshot, I did upload it.? So it's a matter of updating it, but that's the question, what's the best safest way (after doing a log backup :D)....? I dont want to re-upload everything and duplicate it on LoTW or eQSL. Thanks,

Re: A way to update LOTW and eQSL details?
Are you just wanting to get the confirmed status for LoTW? ?Or adjust other QSO details like maybe missing counties or whatever? ?
if just confirmations you can use the LoTW option under services and there is an option to down load QSLs which will update the flags.

A way to update LOTW and eQSL details?
I have around 4000+ contacts that do not have the LoTW nor eQSL details on record.? I downloaded the adif fro. Lotw site and was thinking on try to import, but I dont want to overwrite or duplicate the existing.? Just to update any missing details on the current records.? What would be the right process for that before I mess my logs? |

Re: Log location
As Michael mentioned, it is described on the WIKI but there is also one important note: Please keep in mind that currently the DB file and the configuration file are an indivisible pair. It means that it is not possible to transfer only DB files between computers. If you divide these two things then unpredictable things can happen. st 25. 12. 2024 v?21:59 odes¨ªlatel Michael Morgan via <cmorgan13=[email protected]> napsal:

Re: Best practice? Recommendations? Two QTH and two PC¡®s
Hello, A short answer is that QLog does not support log syncing. A long answer is . To be honest, unless a miracle happens, a fully functional sync won't be implemented because the problem is so complex that it exceeds my time capacity. A work-around is to use export/import. st 25. 12. 2024 v?10:58 odes¨ªlatel DL4ZAQ_Peter via <cpneff=[email protected]> napsal:

Re: Log location
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýThis is very much a do so at your own risk. ?But here is a page showing the path for the database files: ?You can create a symbolic link and point it to Dropbox. ?I have done so to bounce between different Macs and Windows devices with Dropbox. ?Works really well, although one time I did mess up and I caused my database to be corrupted so had to roll it back in Dropbox. ?Didn¡¯t loose any QSOs or anything but it was an issue. ?So like I said do so knowing it could cause a problem. ?Also you cannot have the database open on two different computers at the same time. Log location
I use qlog in both Windows and Linux. I would like to place my log in a Dropbox file, so the same file could be used from either OS. I'm not sure where the log file is located on my computer, and what other files would be necessary. Is it possible to do this?

Re: #featurerequest
#featurerequest
What is the motivation for having this integrated into QLog? There are many applications that can record QSOs and you can then import this recorded QSO as a QSL to your QSO. p¨¢ 20. 12. 2024 v?8:11 odes¨ªlatel WW4DX via <WW4DX=[email protected]> napsal:

Re: Problem on mac & Win version
Ladislav good afternoon,
sorry for the long delay, but I was waiting for a hermesLite 2 and I wanted to answer you after installing and also trying with the one that uses TCI as a protocol to connect the radio. Both trx behave exactly the same way, with the only difference that: Flex6400 when I set DIGIU in the SmartSDR program of the radio, in the Qlog Radio window it appears as a transmission mode PKTUSB Hermes lite 2 when I set DIGIU in the Thetis v2.10.3.7 beta1 program, in the Qlog Radio window it appears DIGU I don't think I have "configurations" in the two radios that select LSB/USB autonomously. If you need other tests I'm available. 73 Roberto IU2NUB ?
PS. these tests were done ONLY in W11 environment because Hermeslite2 does not have programs for macOSX

Re: Problem on mac & Win version
I have to get back to it. I tested and according to the source code, SSB/USB is always sent to the rig when the mode is DIGITAL and FT8. My question is. Is it possible that you have some automatic LSB/USB selection enabled on the rig? ¨²t 3. 12. 2024 v?15:15 odes¨ªlatel Ladislav Foldyna <ok1mlg@...> napsal:

Re: my screen is jumping up/down ;-)
You may want to try and resize the columns in the stats tables to be a bit narrower. On Tue, Dec 3, 2024 at 8:44?AM Bent Andersen via <eskolin=[email protected]> wrote:
