That's a shame.
I've bought a number of windows and doors from them in the past. Slightly out of scale for the UK I know (1:43.5 vs 1:48), but it makes no real noticeable difference and their range is/was extensive.
I've also used LCut Creative's range of laser cut products () and they're very good, although they have a smaller range.
