Re: Re ":installing " nanoVNASaver

Re: Re ":installing " nanoVNASaver
Create a new empty directory, and git clone nanovna-server there.
You will still have the old version in the other directory.

Re: Your NanoVNA version
Read the tutorial in the files section, fairly easy to do it and
no need to worry about bricking the device, practically impossible to do
that.
Make sure that you select the H and not H4

Re: Your NanoVNA version
Thanks for the link, Dragan. It looks like there's been two releases since December 2021. The latest is 1.2.20. I'll see if I can upgrade it

No 3D printer here but I know a place that does 3D prints for a fee. I'll check it

The soldering on the SMA connecteros looks a bit rough but that'#s about

It does indeed look respectable. But then who knows what's under the shields ;). On your encouragement I'll work to find some DUTs to measure. Having been out of the field for a long time, I don't

Re: Your NanoVNA version
Nothing beats having a small box with some discrete R, C, and some filters/pads. If nothing else, it's handy to demonstrate with.
Over the years I've accumulated things typically with a SMA jack and

Re: Your NanoVNA version
Looks like a decent clone, I have seen worse.
Upgrade the firmware (use Dislord's latest) and you should be fine.
If in doubt, measure some representative DUTs.
