I just happened to have one of these delivered today. On my H4 they're all within 1dB of spec which is close enough for what it is. The SMA's are only soldered on the top side of the board but that's easily fixed.
10dB has 33 + 39 in series and 100 shunt at each end
20dB has 68 + 75 in series, 100 shunt at each end and 51 shunt in the centre
30dB has 270 + 270 in series, 56 shunt at each end and 390 shunt in the centre
