I looked at that Amazon link for those loads, I noticed those load connectors were "RP" which is reverse polarity connector.
There is a "hole" where there should be a pin in a non "RP" connector.
The NANOvna is expecting a center pin to be on the load. When the load is measured with an external VOM it will measure 50 ohms, because one probably puts the test lead into the hole. but
when plugged into the NANOvna there is no connection to the NANO via a center pin.
