But now you must download the user guide in the files section and read up on the menu structure!!!
The Nanovna and Nanovna-H4 have essentially the same menu structure and functionality.? I went into the Start, Center and Stop of the Marker menu tree instead of Stimulus. Fortunately, you guys can't punch me and you're not allowed to swear, so ..... I guess that's that. Off you go. ________________________________ From: [email protected] <[email protected]> on behalf of hwalker <herbwalker2476@...> Sent: February 25, 2020 3:59 PM To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [nanovna-users] H4 Lost Number Pad From Operations Start Mid Stop Settings On Tue, Feb 25, 2020 at 11:52 AM, Yahoo TNC wrote: ".. "I was able to set a narrower frequency range originally but when I shut it down and started it back up, that number pad fails to pop up after selecting Start, Stop,? or Center frequency". ? Did you try selecting Start, Stop,? or Center in the "Stimulus" menu using the multifunction switch instead of the touchscreen?? If the on-screen keyboard pops up when using the multifunction switch then either your touchscreen calibration is off, the touchscreen has the issue reported by Gyula in /g/nanovna-users/message/10369, or the firmware is corrupted.? If you upgrade the firmware heed Larry's precaution and ensure you use the -H4 version. ? If the on-screen keyboard doesn't pop up when using the multifunction switch to select Start, Stop,? or Center in the "Stimulus" menu, then the firmware must? be corrupted as its unlikely that both the multifunction switch and touchscreen would be defective. ? Review the operating manual for using the multifunction switch to do menu selection.? But basically, depressing the switch brings up the side menu; use the wheel to navigate up or down to the menu item, and depress the switch to select the item. Good luck, - Herb |
