I always consider seller ratings and think of the percentage in reverse. A seller with 96 has 4% unhappy 98 has half of that 99 has 1/4th of 96%. 99.5% has 1/8 the dissatisfied customers of 96. If you treat people fairly it is not hard to get a 99.5.
Personally I don't want to deal with scumbags so I stay as close to 100% ratings as possible.
