We are watching for your IST application in the staff recruiting system. It's not there yet as most National Scouting Organizations, including Malaysia, have not yet submitted their lists of IST. The update this morning is that only 18 countries out of 160 have provided their IST lists.?
So please be patient. We will definitely do all we can to sign you up for the amateur radio operation, NA1WJ.
