Hi Bear,

I'm not trained to do much of anything, and don't have any sailing kit, nut if there's a shore-based role that needs to be done I'll be happy to do it.? Clare is similarly non-qualified, although she does have a sailing jacket and boots and so one of us could go on the water.

Kind regards,
Geoff.

Hi all,

I've done a role allocation spreadsheet for the Largs GP.? For those that don't know it's a DIY job for the class, Largs had too many major events booked for their volunteers this year so we're getting the slipway and changing rooms but we're providing ribs, RO, rescue etc with a lot of help from RYA Scotland.

I've done a rough role plan on google spreadsheet, hopefully the Scots should be able to fill most of the roles but if any from down south fancy getting out on the Clyde they'd be more than welcome.? I reckon it's better than sitting round a clubhouse all weekend.? Either one day or both.

What we definitely need is someone that can input results into the 29er system, has anyone done this for other events.

Is there anything I've missed of the list.? I'm not doing tallys at the moment??? With 9 boats I think the beachmaster can do the counting as they go in and out but if anyone disagrees let me know.

Cheers

Bear
