Lee, I checked my app. I always use the professional option. My number of samples was set to 1 - so I don’t know why the second pass. I’m going to set it to 2 and see if that makes a difference.

My Epson Scan 2 sees the USB-connected V600 without a problem. Try running the Epson Scan 2 Utility to see if there’s a ghost scanner in the list. L^2
