Of course there¡¯s a back door known to the ISP. That¡¯s how they do remote upgrades and support. Who knows what else they can do through their back door?

No, I'm thinking locked down means that they have locked me out of seeing things like activity over the modem etc. Out of ignorance, I wonder what could be built into the modem for snooping activity
