That's odd. With the tarball I released, these get created properly by configure. The dominoex Makefile needs to be added into configure.in and then re-run automake/autoconf. Or just autoreconf.

Well, Hamish posted the much anticipated code for his DominoEX modem to the gmfsk-devel list yesterday. I have "fore-ported" it to the -hkj tree.
