Transceiver Date/Time reset by flrig
flrig can send a date/time string to the transceiver to reset the transceiver time of day clock.? Currently that string is a UTC value (because I've been thinking UTC for all of my ham operations for the past? 65 years).? This function is currently available for the following transceivers

. IC7851
. IC7610
. IC7800
. IC7700
. TS990
. FTdx10
. FTdx101D
. FT991
. FT991A
Should this be Local date/time, UTC date/time, configurable (if applicable)?

OS X dmg file requirements
OS X disk image file (dmg files) for fldigi and the other programs are currently being posted for the following Apple cpu architectures:
* ppc - Motorola G4 cpu
* i386 - Intel i386 (pre OS ver 10.13)
* x86_64 - Intel i686, 64 bit architecture
There are currently being created on three different Apple Mini's, the oldest being the G4 machine.? If there are no active G4 users I retire my G4 from service.
What dmg are you using, or do you build your OS X binary from source?
