Is FLrig using cat or RTS/DTR style ptt ?
If RTS ptt is doable you can set that direct in wsjtx ptt section
without affecting FLrig interface.

I have successfully connected my radio to FLRIG, when I go to
WSJTX and select the rig as FLRIG I am able to get the cat
connected, but when I test PTT it does not trigger my radio. Any
