Ron,
Choose the Database lookup, , to populate the fields. Enter the password in the lower portion of the ?page. Enabling the the Browser lookup at the top will switch to the Browser in your system and lookup the call in the browser, but NOT populate the fields in fldigi.

Despite having these settings enabled when you do a lookup the data doesn't appear to populate as expected.
Missing data includes State, Grid, Address, etc.
