Re: Z-817
Joe, The computer port on the Z-817 is just a pass-through for serial data from the radio to a PC. This way you can run CAT software on your PC and use the tuner at the same time. I don¡¯t believe

Re: LDG AT-1000ProII Autotuner to Yaesu FTDX101D

Re: AT-600PRO Autotuner and Yaesu FT-847

Re: AT-600PRO Autotuner and Yaesu FT-847
No SWR to deal with? No, not impossible. But maybe not practical. I think of it in terms of what I tell people about QRP. Cute little RADIOS connected to cute little ANTENNAS don¡¯t log many cute

Re: AT-600PRO Autotuner and Yaesu FT-847
Good points Ron, just an add: If you are going through an amplifier, you probably want to leave the tuner in semi automatic mode and monitor SWR more closely. You would not want that tuner to auto

Re: Problem with FT-897 & AT-897+
Dennis, I? am a bit annoyed. I spent time looking at manuals and schematic diagrams to provide you an answer. I asked: * Does the CAT port work to a PC? * Does the CAT port still work if the PC
