I am considering purchase of ether AT-200ProII or Z-11ProII for use in an SUV equipped with a Motorola Syntor X9000 radio. I desire to tune 29-54 MHz contiguously to include Ham part 97 and Itinerant business Part 90 frequencies at 35.04 and 43.04 MHz. The radio is 100W FM.
1. Which tuner is best suited?
2. I would like to use a (Preferably) roof mounted whip antenna with NMO coaxial mount. Given that I have no requirements for HF. What is the shortest recommended antenna?
