ROLE

The Director will oversee a team of six (6) professionals and will be responsible for preparing and executing marketing and leasing plans that drive occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and improve client satisfaction, for each property across the entire portfolio. Reporting to the EVP of Operations the Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, leasing strategies, guest engagement efforts, as well as branding and public relations for the Firm.?

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, including experience in real estate marketing and social media marketing. ?
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field. ?
  • Understand marketing strategies of retail properties and hotels across media. ?
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and social media trends to drive tactical decision-making.
  • Experience in vendor management of marketing, branding and social media agencies. Ability to negotiate and execute agreements.?

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) directs and oversees the financial activities of the organization, the financial reports and summaries, and creates forecasts predicting future growth and economic impacts to the company.? The CFO manages a team of 10-15 accounting and finance staff, and works across the organization to support compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures of the Bank including the Program for Community Reinvestment (CRA), and the Code of Conduct.???

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10-15 years of overall experience, with 5+ years of experience as a CFO.?
