Gets you to next large port fix: cut out broken part and sleeve inside or outside with whatever you find?
If you find a good composites shop, think about replacing both with custom S shapes to raise dinghy up? Not sure how they are anchored in the aft beam, so don¡¯t know if this would need to be strengthened as well.
Permanent fix: build rack from hull to hull, about as high as existing cockpit cover. Can also support solar array. Be cautious about added weight and maintaining trim.?

First major issues in 10 years, currently in Dominican Republic on our way to the Grenadines...
Anyone know of a better set-up, we were caught in a fairly large storm at sea when a large wave broke into our dingy... it didn¡¯t take long before the davit started failing,?
I always thought the dingy rode to low for my liking.
Need to replace ASAP, looking for constructive advice.?<5F51A830_AFE2_48F9_8FEC_16B84A2C73AB.jpeg><AC3B5ACB_14F0_4C27_9DA8_3131EBFB36CC.jpeg>
