My week old amp went back to the white screen. Could not get it to boot up. Sent it back to Palstar received it back Saturday. Had a small metal particle shorting 2 pins. Works fine now and fast

all my equipment are well grounded and I still get the occasional WSOD - white screen of death. The only method that works for me is to power up LA-1K at first and then all the other radios and Tuner!

Antenna switch
I have no idea why, but if I am using ANT2, and switch bands, and switch antennas to ANT1, when I go to transmit, the LA-1K goes back to ANT2.? Then I can switch it again to ANT1, and it stays

Everything was grounded. Now the amp and transceiver are connected together. Might be a fluke but it's working fine now.

My week old LA-1k started just booting up to a white screen. Tried plugging a cable into the Yaesu jack like suggested on here. It did nothing.? Ended up dissconnecting the keying line. It boots up

Bill: I am using a Polyphaser. They work fine if they are selected for the proper frequency and power range. There also needs to be consideration for the amount of SWR that is expected on the line
