Hi Art
No raspberry pi or such.? Just a Windows 10 machine 64 bit but should work on any Windows 10 desktop or laptop.
Good luck.
Just got an HF-Auto and will be getting a node red solution for it.? I run everything remote so I always need the latest telemetry from the devices.

Paul and Claus, thank you so much for the information on NodeRed an the LA-1K integration flow.
I have been reading that user group for quite some time.
As a former programmer, I can get ‘er done.
Must you have a Raspberry Pi in the mix somewhere for NodeRed?

Hi Art
There is a CAT interface from the DB9 on the back.
? Here is a picture of mine developed with “Node Red”.? For more
information check out the YouTube video Zoom Presentation from

I do wish
that my LA-1K had a CAT control so that from my PC I could
put the LA-1K into STANDBY from OPERATE and then into
OPERATE from STANDBY.
As it stands now, to do the two commands, I have to perform
this manually.
For instance, this is important when sending tuning carrier
to the Palstar HF-AUTO in FM/CW mode.
This lack of integration between the HF-Auto and the LA-1K
is the only thing that seems to have been missed.
Have any of you been able to some how perform going into
Standby via CAT control or some other means?
Perhaps I have missed something…?
I am using either WIN4YAESU or Ham Radio Deluxe Rig Control
to do the CAT…. But these two softwares are NOT aware of the
HF-Auto or LA-1K.
I also have the optional 3rd party HF-AUTO software by Terry
which I find personally overly complex to configure with my
antennas so I tend to not use it any longer.
