I bought my LA1K used and this would be the first firmware update I will be doing on this. I tried contacting Palstar by email, but no response.? You have to wonder about a company's tech support when they don't respond to your inquiries and don't release a proper firmware file on their website.? It actually looks like a folder from something all together different however I used the loading program (folder) from an earlier update and used the new 1.05B txt file as the source. Worked fine.
