Re: Pin length field in the Pin table
Try this:
1. With the Pin Table visible, right-click anywhere on the column
header row.
2. You should get a checklist of columns to make visible.
3. There are 14 available columns - some are not

Re: Pin length field in the Pin table
I checked on my installation, but the PinTable is missing the Y-Position

Something is wrong....

Re: Pin length field in the Pin table
I use W10 on one PC and W11 on the other.
The "Pin properties" is Ok, the problem is only with the "Pin table".

Re: Pin length field in the Pin table
I'm on Linux. As you can see, everything is fine here. Must be something with your installation. Perhaps you can share your screenshots.

Re: Pin length field in the Pin table
I noticed it starting from 8.0.4, and continuing in 8.0.5.? Moreover, I just checked my second computer,
with KiCAD 8.0.5 installed, the pin length column does not exist as well.

Re: Pin length field in the Pin table
It would be helpful if you said what version you're using. I'm using 8.0.5 and the Pin Length is still there in both the Pin Table and the Properties panel of each pin.

Pin length field in the Pin table
I noticed, that in the new releases of the KiCAD Symbol Editor,
disappeared the Pin length field in the Pin table.
Is the just a mistake and can be the problem cured?

Re: Spurious ERC Warning
Close, Kerim, but no cigar!
I've been experimenting further, and it seems that if a sheet pin is
connected to more than one pin in the sub-sheet (in this case there are
three paralleled capacitors

For instance, it happened to me once that I duplicated a pin at the same place by mistake. Apparently, nothing looked wrong. But this gave me a continuous warning no matter what I did... till I

Re: Spurious ERC Warning
I tried putting a disconnected line on V5DRV, and also a line to a
no-connect flag, but neither was acceptable to the ERC.
I've also tried changing the pin type (input, passive etc), and

Re: Spurious ERC Warning
The V5DRV is basically a power out pin
That would connect to a power net somewhere. I'll guess to the LED string
or power LED
You can either connect it with a line or put some form of power flag

Re: OT: PCB suppliers
You just create a zip file of the layers you want - check the naming
convention that the PCB house needs - I assume that is what the plug-in
does, but personally I just do this manually -
Then you

Thanks, Tony. I actually discovered the way, but I'm stuck on the PCB-way site at the Order Review page, and I've contacted the sales person for help.
